This journey started with the Youtube channel. Mostly inspired by Brick Builder, Austrian Brick fan (also known as Austrian LEGO fan back in the day) and Sariel’s Bricks and Pets (also known as Sariel’s LEGO Workshop) I decided to make videos.
My first videos were simple speed builds that weren’t even edited at all but after a few years I decided that that’s not enough. I have found that you can add photos to create a video using the Microsoft default video editor at the time, so I created a few and they didn’t pass 100 views so I decided that I need to do something even better.
Then I discovered that Microsoft editor could do much more. At the time I watched Racing Brick a lot on Youtube so I decided to create reviews in his style without voiceover similar to Sariel’s bricks and pets, an YouTuber that inspired me a lot during this time. The first review was the Porsche 911, still my favourite set followed by the McLaren Elva which video did amazing for the time.

Reviews remained in that style before I realised that the microsoft video editor started working really bad and complaining about drivers even if I had the newest ones. Then I realised that Microsoft released Clipchamp, a brand new video editor that should work. So I installed it and it looked good at first but 4 months later I realised that it had a ton of bugs, my music would just stop for 1 second in the middle of the video, not to mention that every time a video would not play correctly it would show a big “buffering” message over my video.
After using YouTube Audio Library and roiality free channels and websites for my music for years I realised that I need more options. After a lot of consideration I found out that a lot of my favourite creators use this platform called Epidemic Sound (affiliate link here). After a few months of listening to the music that they offer and finding my favourite creators tracks on there I bought it. The music variation in my video is because of it. I recomand their platform I am not sponsored! (affiliate link still)
Around the same time I realised that I need a new editing software because Clipchamp literarily started to not cut my music at the end even though I did it and saved the project.
After a few considerations I decided on Filmora (version 11 at the time). It worked ok but I did not make any progress. At that point I decided that the best solution is to buy an Adobe Creative Cloud pack and use Premiere and Photoshop.

That turned out to be the best idea I had! Even though it was expensive. My videos progressed the way they did in the past 2 years because of it. The softwares were a lot trickier to use but the options they bring were amazing.
Now in terms of equipment I film in a very basic studio (my videos look the way they do mostly because of the color grade and good animated graphics in my opinion), I film with an iPhone 16 Pro Max and edit on an M3 Max MacBook Pro with 48 gb unified memory and 512 gb SSD, and yes I still use Premiere.
